Just Transition Resource List

“Just Transition is a principle, a process and a practice.”

It’s increasingly common to hear discussion about how imperative it is that we make a rapid transition to a sustainable energy alternative to an economy dependent on fossil fuels, and growing concern that this transition must be “just” for impacted workers, frontline communities that have historically borne a disproportionate burden of the negative impacts of our reliance on fossil fuels, and local governments whose tax base and budget are dependent on the fossil fuel economy.  But not everyone who talks about a just transition means the same thing.

Below is a list of resources that offer a variety of perspectives on what constitutes a just transition to a regenerative sustainable energy economy and society.
